This week the kids are off of school for a spring holiday.  It so it is a busy week.  My daughter is doing a play at church and Easter is here. My son is  away down the shore with friends for a few day. I also have family coming town so on Friday I am doing an early Easter, prior to my daughters play.

Monday : Out to dinner for Gluten Free Date night

Tuesday: Pork Spring Rolls  and Potstickers

Wednesday: Backed Chicken and mack and cheese

Thursday: Fried Rice with shrimp

Friday Baked Ham, mash potatoes, glazed carrots

Saturday: Fend for yourself

Sunday: Veggies and salad,  Dad making the meat
