Menu Planning This week is a bus week with memorial day and the short week. So I am thinking easy simple dinner for later this week when the temperature reach 92 degrees.
Monday :Picnic food
Tuesday: Spaghetti and meat sauce
Wednesday: Chicken Enchiladas with Spanish rice
Thursday: Sausage and peppers
Friday: Homemade Pizza
